Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition. If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, please contact our team so that we may be of further service.
Please indicate in your email what you are returning and the reason for the return. Specify if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Include your name, email address, and order number, along with the items that you're returning. You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with your return.
We do not accept items that have been previously worn or washed. Or have been damaged by a customer.
Generally, we accept returns within 15 days after purchase.
As of January, 2014. We now charge a restocking fee for items that are refunded. This is deducted from the customers total refund. This does not apply to items that are wrongfully shipped from us, exchanges, or store credit.
Yes we do. We have a copy of the original purchase order.
Unfortunately no. The customer is solemnly responsible for shipping cost due to returns.
